Rudra Legal Associates is looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our growing legal team as Junior Advocates – Title Reports.
Position: Junior Advocate – Title Reports
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience
Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Salary: Depending on qualifications and experience
Number of Vacancies: 3 or more
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of property title reports and title flow.
- Conducting legal research and examining property documents.
- Verification of land records, registration records and other government documents.
- Assisting in legal due diligence for banks and financial institutions.
- Identifying title-related discrepancies and preparing observations and queries.
- Drafting legal reports and coordinating with the senior legal team.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. graduate or final-year law student, subject to applicable enrolment requirements for the role.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may apply.
- Good legal research, analytical and drafting skills.
- Basic knowledge of property laws, land records and registration procedures.
- Knowledge of Marathi and the ability to understand Marathi property documents will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail and a professional attitude.
