He completed his BBA LL B from Chandigarh University, practising as a Civil and Cyber lawyer and His work includes litigation support, litigation and non-litigation and advisory practice. he practices in the Civil Courts, District Courts, Bombay High Court and Tribunals such as the NCLT, DRT, TDSAT and Adjudicating Officer (Cyber).
He has appeared in several high-profile cases, he is also rendering Advisory and litigation support to banks and Fintech Companies on RBI and other regulatory compliance, drafting, reviewing and vetting loan documents/contracts/policies and representation before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal, Civil Courts and High Court
He is having Extensive experience in preparing and drafting legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts; analyzing the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents; identifying implications for cases from legal precedents or other legal information. He is very much expertise in evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of the case; possesses profound verbal communication skills to present the case in an influential manner in the court; good interrogative skills to collect appropriate information from the witnesses and the clients.
