She earned the Degree in BBA LLB from Banasthali Vidhyapith she heads a 23-year-old service law firm in Mumbai, started by her father Advocate Jainendra K. Chowbey, she is a practising Advocate of Bombay High Court and her work includes litigation support, litigation and non-litigation and advisory practice.
She practices in the Civil Courts, District Courts, Bombay High Court and Tribunals such as the NCLT, DRT, TDSAT and Adjudicating Officer (Cyber). Her work also focuses on Violence against women and children in Society.
She is also rendering Advisory and litigation support to banks and Fintech Companies on RBI and other regulatory compliance, drafting, reviewing and vetting of loan documents/contracts/policies and representation before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal, Civil Courts and High Court.
In the non-litigation and advisory practice, Advocate Komal is a legal advisor/retainer to several Individuals or proprietary firms. Her non-litigation work also includes assisting in legal and regulatory compliance, Title Verification, documentation of policies and contracts, vetting and review of contracts, negotiating contracts, conflict management and dispute resolution and strategic advice in managing legal issues. She has appeared in several high-profile cases, she is also rendering Advisory and litigation support to banks and Fintech Companies on RBI and other regulatory compliance, drafting, reviewing and vetting loan documents/contracts/policies and representation before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal, Civil Courts and High Court.
