He is an experienced lawyer with nearly 28 years in practice. He completed his Law from Patna (Bihar) in in the year 1994 and started his practice with Senior Standing Counsel, Government of Bihar, in Patna High Court, In the year 2000, he transferred his Advocate Roll from Bihar State Bar Council to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
He worked with Senior Standing Counsel, Government of India in Bombay High Court, during the said period, he has gained vast experience in litigation in civil/criminal and service matters. He appeared in various matters in the High Court, D.R.T., Bombay City Civil Court, Special Court, Sessions Court and Magistrate Court.
Now, He has been a Consultant/Empanelled for various financial organisations/ Builders & Developers companies, for the past several years. He is well versed in Arbitration matters, Property matters (litigations, convincing and documentation), banking matters (Recovery, disputes & documentation), infrastructure projects disputes, Revenue Matters, Consumer matters, Matrimonial matters, Rent Act, Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, Assessment of Property Tax viz. Land Under Construction, Assessment matters etc.
He is also appointed as NOTARY PUBLIC BY GOVERNMENT OF INDIA and presently Empanelled Advocate for STATE BANK OF INDIA, BANK OF MAHARASHTRA, BANK OF BARODA, CANARA BANK, INDUS TOWERS LIMITED (Formerly Bharti Infratel Ltd.), AMERICAN TOWER CORPORATION, CREDAI BANM (Builder Association), B. P. MARINE ACADEMY, IMMINOSHOP INDIA PVT. LTD.
